1. The service

Ato3D sells customisable 3D models as 3MF downloads, through a subscription with credits. When you spend credits on a model you get the digital file of that exact personalisation, to print on your own 3D printer. We do not manufacture or ship physical objects.

2. What you upload

You confirm you have the right to use the photos and text you upload (your own, or with the permission of the people pictured). We do not accept illegal or abusive content, or content that infringes anyone else's rights — accounts like that may be closed.

3. What you may do with the file

The file is licensed for personal use: print it as many times as you like, on your own printers, and download it again for as long as your account exists. You may not resell, share, redistribute or sublicense the file itself, or publish it on another model platform.

4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is billed monthly and renews on its own until you cancel. You can cancel whenever you like, from your subscription page: cancelling takes effect from the next cycle, and until then you keep your access and the credits of the cycle you already paid for. Credits are not refundable for cash, and a model you have already downloaded stays yours — and stays downloadable.

5. Payment

Payment and recurring billing are processed by Mercado Pago. We never store card details.

6. Governing law

Ato3D is operated from Brazil. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and every charge is made in Brazilian reais (BRL), whatever language you are browsing in.
