1. What we collect

• The photos you upload — used solely to generate your personalised 3D model.
• Account details — name and email, to identify your subscription and get in touch. We never ask for an address — we post nothing.
• Subscription and credits — the state of your subscription and your credit history. The payment itself runs at Mercado Pago: we never see or store your card.
• Your library — we keep the settings of every personalisation you bought (the text, the colours, the photo). That is exactly what lets you download the file again, free, whenever you want.
• Google sign-in (optional) — the name and email on the account, to reach your subscription.
• How you use the site — pages visited, clicks and session recordings, so we can work out how to make the site better. Anything you type (email, address, phone, text) is masked automatically in those recordings.

2. How we use it (LGPD)

We process this data under art. 7 of Brazil's LGPD: performance of a contract (running your subscription and delivering the files) and consent (the photo you upload). We never sell or share your data, other than with the services the operation needs: payment processing (Mercado Pago), cloud storage, and site analytics (PostHog, on servers in the European Union) — the last one on the legitimate interest of improving the site.

3. Photos of people

The photo you upload is processed by AI on our servers, only to cut the subject out and generate the 3D model. It is never used to train models, or for anything else.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your library for as long as your account exists: that is what guarantees the re-download, forever. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at contato@ato3d.com — which deletes the library too — except records the law requires us to keep (tax records, for instance).

5. Your rights

Under the LGPD you can ask for access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Just get in touch.
